Online dating study

Are you currently navigating the world of online dating? Have you ever wondered what people think about your online dating profile? Our team is interested in the impressions you and others have based on people’s dating profiles. If you want to know more about yourself and others’ impressions of you, please click here to join our study!

The study involves one online survey. In this survey, you will upload screenshots of your online dating profile, answer questions about your personality, and rate other people’s dating profiles. You can earn 15 CAD in Amazon gift cards for completing the survey. You can also receive feedback on other people’s impressions of your dating profile!

who knows you best study

How would you describe your personality? How would you describe the reasons why you are single or in a relationship? In our research study, we explore people’s descriptions of themselves and of the people they know well to learn more about perceptions of personality and relationship status.

We are looking for pairs of friends to complete this study together.  Each of you will complete an online survey and you will then be scheduled for a Zoom session together. You will each receive a $20 Amazon gift card OR 2 hours of course credit OR $10 Amazon gift card + 1 hour of course credit. You can also receive feedback about your personality scores!
